Join one of our highly experienced Aotearoa New Zealand trainers, Yve Gould for a comprehensive Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) Core Skills Standard training in September 2026.
EFT is a humanistic, systemic and well-researched psychotherapy. The EFT training programme acts as a cumulative tiered programme of learning suitable for those already qualified, or in training as mental health professionals.
All the training levels are run as four-day courses and are delivered as full-days ONLINE via Zoom. This delivery method has proved to be an asset due to its flexibility and accessibility for many students.
Please do also note that the EFCT Externship is a compulsory prerequisite for Core Skills Standard training.
The next EFCT Externship training run from Aotearoa New Zealand will be in early 2027.
For all enquiries about EFT training including the Externship email the training coordinator Stella Carruthers at [email protected].
