Start Date: 13 March 2026
End Date: 4 July 2026

This is a comprehensive 10-day training program, drawing from several of the most evidenced-based mindful-somatic trauma therapy methods, taught by renowned trauma teacher and therapist, Dr Paris Williams.

There has been a steady movement within the trauma therapy field in recent decades recognising that psychological trauma is primarily held within the body and nervous system; and that resolving such trauma benefits greatly from working with the body (sensations, breath, impulse, posture, etc.) within a state of mindfulness.

Among the most well established of these methods are Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR. In this training, you will learn and practice an integrative approach to mindful-somatic trauma therapy that draws from the collective wisdom and practice of these and other closely related methods.
