A Climate Grief Group for Mental Health Professionals

When you open up to the feelings of grief about the ecological crises, it can also put you in contact with how much you care about our world. Meeting as a group gives us all strength in the face of our now permanent state of global disaster. It helps us take action as individuals; we have made speeches, written articles and blog posts, been to protests and activist meetings, held climate groups for the public, connected with affiliated organisations and networked with sustainability organisations in the hope of offering them psychotherapy groups. Being with the grief and distress together takes us out of the prevailing denial and paralysis.

The group is free and open to mental health professionals. You can drop in or come every month.
